A new chapter is taking shape, with a return to seasonal, produce-led dining shaped by the estate and its community.
In our current formation, enjoy seasonal dishes in the SkyBar at an elevated vantage point above the vines and valley. Open 3 days - Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Set high above Towac Valley, SkyBar is where things gather across the weekend - wine, something on the table, and the light dropping over the vines.
Open Friday to Sunday for long lunches, relaxed tastings, and Saturday night dinners.
Simple, well-placed plates are designed to graze through the afternoon - cheese boards with local and imported selections, charcuterie with cured meats and seasonal extras, and a few small things to start (and then keep going).
